So this cool tomato variety was lost for 107 years and almost went extinct! It would have been a real loss too because it's a treat. This stunning yellow beauty has salmon pink blushing throughout. It's flavor is slightly citrus and tropical like other yellow tomatoes. It's alias is the “lemon Queen” and queen it was from 1893 to 1912 when it was a favorite among many gardeners. Heirlooms especially ones like this are timeless and carry old world quality and flavor from the past straight to the present and are amazing gifts!

This is a trial tomato for us this year so I can't speak on production or growth habits. But this antique will remain in our private seed collection and be preserved for many more generations.
